2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PST on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on August 1, 2025 ("Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

*All social media and referral entries must be completed through the sweepstakes entry platform (e.g. ViralSweep). These bonus actions are optional and subject to the respective platforms’ terms of service.

**Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.

Refund Policy & Entry Disqualification:

If a purchase used to gain entries is returned or refunded for any reason, any entries associated with that purchase will be voided. If the refund occurs after the winner is selected, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate. Refunds do not affect entries gained through the mail-in method or bonus social actions.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A 1997 Custom K1500 4x4 SLT model truck (Approximate Vehicle Value: $3,000), extended cab short bed, black paint with two-tone yellow stripe. Vehicle is awarded as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

Odometer Reading: Approximately 200,000 miles. Additional mileage may be added due to promotional use, testing, or transportation.

Delivery: Prize will be delivered either via third-party shipping or personally by Sponsor, depending on the winner’s location. Sponsor will pay all delivery-related costs (valued at $1,000) and applicable federal taxes.

Tax Add-On: A $2,500 cash bonus intended to help offset federal income taxes. This is included in the total ARV and will be reported as income.

Optional Future Upgrade – Super R.E.H.: If the Sponsor completes development of its Super R.E.H. drivetrain, the winner may be offered a complimentary upgrade (estimated value: $3,000). The upgrade is not guaranteed, is not included in the total ARV, and is subject to technical and legal feasibility as determined by Sponsor. This upgrade is available only to the original verified winner. If the prize vehicle is sold, transferred, or gifted to another party, the vehicle becomes ineligible for the upgrade. If the upgrade is awarded and accepted, Sponsor will also pay the applicable federal income taxes on the upgrade value.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,500

(Truck $3,000 + Delivery $1,000 + Cash Add-On $2,500).

This total does not include the potential future value of the Super R.E.H. upgrade.

Sponsor makes no representation as to the condition or future performance of the prize vehicle. Vehicle is not certified for roadworthiness in any specific state.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random on or about August 2, 2025, from all eligible entries. The selected winner will be contacted via email. The winner must respond and submit a completed IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or provide required documentation will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner will be publicly announced on Sponsor's Instagram on or about August 10, 2025.

7. Taxes & Additional Costs

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the responsibility of the winner, except where otherwise stated. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the full prize ARV ($6,500), including the $2,500 tax add-on and $1,000 delivery value. If the Super R.E.H. upgrade is awarded at a future date, a separate 1099-MISC will be issued for that value. Sponsor will pay the federal income tax obligation associated with both the delivery and the Super R.E.H. upgrade (if awarded). Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, title, insurance, and maintenance.

8. Prize Conditions

Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted by the named winner.

Prize is awarded as-is, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind from Sponsor.

Vehicle may require registration, insurance, and compliance with local laws in winner’s state before use on public roads.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may impact participation or winner selection.

This Sweepstakes is registered and bonded in compliance with the requirements of Florida and New York law due to the total approximate retail value exceeding $5,000.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Sponsor’s website at www.superiorspeedco.com.
